FaithlyBible respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to valid Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices and other intellectual property infringement claims in compliance with the DMCA.
1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon through FaithlyBible, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice by providing the following information in writing:
Your Contact Information: Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Location of Infringing Material: The specific URL(s) or other detailed information about where the infringing material is located on FaithlyBible.
Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Statement of Accuracy and Authority: A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled due to a DMCA takedown notice, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:
Your Contact Information: Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
Identification of Removed Content: A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district, or if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which FaithlyBible may be found.
Signature: A physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers
FaithlyBible may terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers under applicable copyright laws.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA Notification Guidelines from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of FaithlyBible after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
